If I created a free healthy lifestyle reset challenge, would you participate? No strings attached! Just a group of people coming together in community to support each other and hold each other accountable in some healthy lifestyle habits.

So here’s the thing. If you read my recent blog post, I offer 5 tips for a healthy lifestyle: sleep, self-care, nourishing your body, reducing your toxic burden, and getting outside.

1) I am not doing so hot in the area of sleep right now. It is hands down the hardest area for me because I tend to be a night owl + am a work from home mom. So it’s too easy for me to stay up late getting all the things done. But it’s gotten out of control and my body is starting to make that clear. I want to come out of this pandemic thriving, not setting myself up for another Hashimoto’s flare.

2) Living a healthy lifestyle can be simple, it just takes building new habits! I wanted to find a way to really make those healthy lifestyle tips I shared as practical as possible. Little shifts in your daily life can add up. So I thought, why not just do this together? Because…

3) We could all use a little more community and connection right now. Am I right? So this healthy lifestyle reset challenge will be a safe space to connect with others, no matter if you are just beginning to make some shifts in your lifestyle or you need to refocus your efforts.

4) If you are like me, having a community to keep you accountable makes a huge difference! Plus, it’s way more fun!

So, if you’re still with me here is the daily commitment for our four-week challenge starting Monday, April 27th:

  • 8 hours of sleep
  • 10+ minutes of self-care
  • 6 servings of veggies
  • 30+ minutes outside (weather permitting)
  • Drink half your body weight in oz. of water
  • Swap to one clean product per week (personal care or cleaning product)

This “commitment” is what we are aspiring to reach by the end of four weeks, our goal. This is the work we are encouraging each other in. No one is perfect all of the time. But we can lift each other up along the way.

Each day of the week I will share tips, motivation, and a challenge for one of those six commitments. On Sunday, we rest, evaluate, and reset. At the end of each week, there will be a drawing for a prize for participating in the challenges. Plus, a Grand Prize once we conclude our four-week challenge together!

I’ve also created a fun Giveaway to kick us off! The winner will get a free custom 2-week meal plan from me based on their dietary needs and cooking preferences! Plus, a 20-minute video call with me to share tips on how to make their own meal plan and troubleshoot their top area of concern entering this challenge!
